Zoning By-laws

The following Zoning By-laws dictate the allowances and restrictions on land within municipal boundaries. 
Find your property on the Zoning Maps to identify your Zone, then refer to that Zone in the text portion of the document. 
Also refer to the Definitions, Interpretation and General Provisions section's for additional information.

If you have a complaint or concern in regards to a zoning by-law issue, please complete the Complaint Form and return it to our office via mail, fax, email or bring into the office in person. 

We require a completed form with your contact information and a detailed description of the issue in order for our office to investigate. 

This By-law was adopted on October 27, 2011 and has since received various amendments.  The most current document is provided below.
